On New Year's Eve, while visiting a friend, my Honda Accord was broken into. The rear passenger window was broken, the paneling was scratched, and my stereo system was stolen. After seeking estimates for the repair, I chose your group. All individuals were helpful and courteous and my car was completed in a timely manner. I want to thank you personally for the work that was completed. I could not have asked for better service under the circumstances.

I am writing in appreciation for your recent donated labor and miscellaneous materials for repair work to three of our miniature cars used at Safety City, Knoxville valued at $235. Your contribution will help enable us to teach safety skills to area elementary school children in a safe environment.

Safety City is a unique educational facility where children of the Knoxville community and surrounding areas learn about pedestrian, bicycle, passenger and fire safety, as well as how to use E9-1-1 properly. The skills learned at Safety City will reduce injuries and deaths resulting from traffic-related crashes and fires.
